Full scale development of a Tribal Industrial and Retail Park
A 200 acre Industrial and Retail Park located on trust land in Oklahoma that was started from raw land with no existing infrastructure.
Mapping, Surveying and Siting
Reagan Smith provided all mapping, surveying and siting services including environmental assessment, archaeological surveys and land surveying. Reagan Smith was responsible for siting over 35 buildings and all infrastructure including water, electrical, fiber and gas.
Planning and Design
The Reagan Smith team worked with all Tribal departments and leadership to develop plans and designs that met the goals of the entire Tribe. All Tribal resolutions and required documentation was drafted by Reagan Smith in cooperation with Tribal officials. Many planning sessions were held to gain input and focus Tribal goals for the Park. Funding research and meeting with potential investors were also facilitated by the Reagan Smith team.
Project Management
The Reagan Smith team provided complete project management support working with subcontractors and Tribal officials to ensure all timelines were met. Many projects were completed under CARES Act funding which required quick timelines and detailed planning.
