Tribal-Owned Broadband Team

Broadband projects are complex and time sensitive.  They require an experienced team to handle grant compliance, feasibility, siting, engineering and design, ROW acquisitions, surveys, permitting and complete project management.  Eastern Shawnee Professional Services (ESPS) and Reagan Smith have formed a Tribal-owned and Woman-owned strategic partnership to provide comprehensive broadband services to Tribes, as well as municipal and private sector clients. Reagan Smith’s expertise in environmental, cultural resources, GIS and project management, combined with ESPS’s focus on IT, staffing, engineering and deign allows this joint effort to deliver customized solutions to broadband clients across the country.

ESPS and Reagan Smith handle all sizes of broadband, fiber optic, cell tower and radio tower projects across the country.
