CARES Act and American Rescue Plan Projects
Many projects have been completed under CARES and ARP including beef processing, water infrastructure, broad band, and green houses.
Mapping, Siting and Surveys
All projects were mapped, sited and surveyed by Reagan Smith. Infrastructure projects including water, electrical, broadband and gas were tied into existing infrastructure and required additional planning. All environmental and archaeological surveys were performed by Reagan Smith in accordance with NEPA and NHPA.
Planning and Design
Reagan Smith met with Tribal leadership and contractors to determine requirements of each building and infrastructure requirements. All specifications were reviewed and coordinated with various vendors and subcontractors. All documentation, business site leases and ROWs were prepared by Reagan Smith in coordination with Tribal officials.
Project Management
Reagan Smith provided complete project management for the various CARES Act and ARP projects.
