BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT ACCEPTING COMMENTS ON PARCELS FOR OCTOBER GEOTHERMAL LEASE SALE

The Bureau of Land Management Nevada is asking the public to review and provide comment on an environmental assessments and unsigned finding of no significant impacts for its October 5, 2021 geothermal lease sale. The sale includes 32 parcels totaling 83,063.690 acres on the Battle Mountain, Carson City, Elko, Ely and Winnemucca Districts. 32 parcels totaling 83,063.690 acres of federal lands in 8 counties are proposed for lease.
