Valeria Escareno-Dickerson Promoted to Project Manager at Reagan Smith

Reagan Smith is pleased to announce the promotion of Valeria Escareno-Dickerson to the position of Project Manager. Escareno-Dickerson, who has been with the company since starting as an intern in 2022, consistently demonstrates exceptional skill and dedication in her work.

As a project manager, Escareno-Dickerson will oversee various environmental projects, ensuring they adhere to regulations and meet client needs. Her role involves performing comprehensive assessments to identify potential environmental risks and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. These customized reports are crucial for troubleshooting and siting projects, helping clients make informed decisions and ensuring project success.

Escareno-Dickerson is a DACA recipient who grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma. She holds an associate degree in science from Oklahoma City Community College and a bachelor’s degree in biology with an environmental focus from the University of Central Oklahoma. During her studies, she participated in significant dendrochronology research projects and attended numerous conferences, contributing to her expertise in the field.
