The Environmental Federation of Oklahoma in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will be holding the annual EFO Regulatory Newsreel. Our program will consist of updates from DEQ Director Scott Thompson and DEQ Leadership. We will also receive regulatory updates from the Office of the Oklahoma Secretary of Energy & Environment, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. This year’s update will be an exciting event detailing regulatory changes that are occurring at the state and federal level. A draft agenda will be available by May 17, 2024.
